DC96V Vehicular Kinetic Energy Recovery System
In the kinetic energy recovery system, the engine directly activates the flywheel through the PTO, which lets the operation module drive the flywheel unidirectional motor. The stator and rotor generates power, thereby recovering oil pressure hydraulic kinetic energy and raising conservation efficiency.
JNP Power Industry’s DC96V device charges the ECO Truck using solar panels that fit on the roof of the truck and provides almost all the electricity for the truck’s operations. The solar panels on the truck’s roof cover the piping which vastly reduces potential damages.
Electrical Smart Compression System
The ECO truck uses solar power and electricity generated from the kinetic energy recovery system to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust gas emission during compression operations. Additionally, the smart compression system can control and altar the compression power based on the amount of collected garbage to maximize its energy efficiency. The completely sealed compression chambergreatly reduces odor from the collected garbage during its disposal.
